We want you to love your Noor-e-Adah purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Window

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and customised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
